The Fleet Management System is comprised of 4 modules:
- The Work Order/Vehicle History allows for the creation, printing, and tracking of Open and Closed work orders. There are a variety of flexible reports which allow the user to define sorting and selection parameters. Twelve months or more detailed history is available for on-screen inquiry or hard copy reports. Repeat problems are highlighted.
- The Parts Inventory controls issuance and activity, and generates a daily list of items below re-order point, charges costs to specific work orders.
III. Purchase Order Module
- The Purchasing module allows the creation, printing, and tracking of open purchase orders. Receipts of parts updates, parts inventory, and also purchasing history. Ability to verify vendors invoice amounts vs. value of parts received on purchase orders. Open purchase orders and purchasing history data is available on-screen or in hard copy reports.
IV. Tire Management Module
- The Tire module provides control of the tire inventory by serial#. Current status of tires is provided by on-screen inquires, or hard copy reports. Monthly reporting of usage by Serial#, Vehicle#, and/or Class of tire is available. Transaction capability includes OFF/ON by vehicle, location of tire (RF, LRI, etc.), dates, and hub reading when transaction occurred.
